These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between X BD (xbd.best) and all its members. By accessing or using X BD's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If a match is abandoned mid-way:

If a match or event is abandoned before completion and a result cannot be determined, X BD will void all related bets and refund the full stake. In cricket, if a result is determined via the D/L method, that result will be considered valid.

X BD's bonus and voucher system is designed to give members extra value. Keep in mind that each bonus comes with specific terms — withdrawals won't be processed until those conditions are met.

General Bonus Terms:

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus details
• Only one voucher code may be applied per deposit
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus will be forfeited
• For free bet winnings, only the profit is paid out — the original stake is not returned
• Cashback bonuses generally carry no separate wagering requirement — refer to the offer details
• X BD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time

In cases of bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, X BD reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any accumulated bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on X BD. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any held funds.

• Match fixing, spot fixing, or gaining any unfair advantage by any means
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using third-party funds or stolen payment details
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to X BD's software or systems
• Transferring or selling your account to another person
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using X BD for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds

X BD members may close their account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team.

Self-Exclusion Option:

X BD takes responsible gaming very seriously. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can join X BD's Self-Exclusion Program. Under this program:

• Accounts can be locked for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently
• No promotional emails will be sent during an active self-exclusion period
• You can reactivate your account yourself once the exclusion period ends
• Your accumulated balance will remain safe and will be returned to you upon reactivation

X BD also reserves the right to close accounts in certain circumstances — including prohibited activities, bonus abuse, or policy violations. In such cases, the member will be notified by email.

X BD strives to maintain a high standard of service at all times; however, disruptions may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond X BD's control.

• X BD is not liable for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or scheduled server maintenance
• The member is solely responsible for any issues arising from an account created with false information
• X BD's liability is limited in cases of delays caused by third-party payment service failures

Dispute Resolution:

For any complaints, please email support@xbd.best or reach out via live chat first. X BD typically responds to all complaints within 48 hours. If your issue remains unresolved, you have the right to escalate it to the relevant licensing authority.

X BD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified via email or through the platform before any significant changes take effect.

• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account
• Continued use of X BD after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
