Getting started with cricket betting on X BD is very simple. After logging in, go to the "Sports" section. Selecting cricket will display a list of all ongoing and upcoming matches – from Bangladesh domestic leagues to the IPL, BBL, CPL, and Test series, all formats are covered.
Clicking on a match brings up the available betting markets. Common markets on X BD include:
- Match Winner — which team will win
- Innings Runs Over/Under — whether the total runs will be over or under a set number
- Over of First Wicket — in which over a wicket will fall
- Top Batsman / Top Bowler — who will score the most runs or take the most wickets
- Live Betting Markets – Odds updated every over during the match
Click on your preferred market and the bet slip will open on the right. Enter your stake, check the potential winnings, and click the "Confirm Bet" button. The minimum bet generally starts from ৳10.

Steps to claim your referral bonus:
- Log in to X BD and go to Account Settings or the "Referral" section.
- Copy your personal referral link or code.
- Share that link or code with your friend. When they register using it, they will be linked to your account.

- To withdraw your bonus, you'll need to meet the wagering requirement — typically betting 5 to 10 times the bonus amount.

Please note: Any attempt to claim referral bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
X BD keeps a complete record of all your bets and transactions, accessible at any time. After logging in, click the profile icon in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, "Betting History" or "Transaction History" select it.
What you can see in your betting history:
- Date & Time of Bet
- Which match or game you placed a bet on
- Stake Amount & Odds
- Result (Win, Loss, or Ongoing)
- Winnings or Deducted Amount
In your transaction history, View the date, amount, method, and status (completed, pending, or cancelled) of all deposits and withdrawals. Use the filter option to search records by a specific date. For a temporary break:
- Log in to X BD.
- From the profile menu, "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" section from the top menu.
- Select the "Break" or "Cooling-Off" option.
- Set a time limit – 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Once confirmed, your account will be locked for the selected period.

Forgetting your password is completely normal. Resetting your password on X BD is straightforward and can be done via your mobile number.
Steps to reset your password:
- Go to the X BD login page and "Forgot Password?" Click the link.
- Enter the mobile number you provided during registration.
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number – usually within 1 to 3 minutes.
- Once the OTP is verified, you'll be able to set a new password.
- Your new password must be at least 8 characters long — use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Once your password is set, log in using your new password.
If you don't receive the OTP, wait 2 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, email support@xbd.best or reach out via live chat – verify your identity using your registered mobile number and support will manually reset your account.
